Sakinah: Protect every prayer in the day you already have.

Sakinah is a calendar management app that helps you seamlessly schedule your daily prayers around existing events. It connects to your Google Calendar and other providers, finds free time slots within prayer windows, and creates protected calendar events to prevent scheduling conflicts.

We’ll only use your address for Sakinah launch updates.

A calmer way to plan

Prayer, woven into your real schedule.

Most prayer apps know the time. Most calendars know the day. Sakinah brings those two truths together—without moving what already matters.

Full Day

See prayer in the context of everything else.

A complete timeline keeps real events neutral, prayer blocks protected, and optional commitments in their proper place. Nothing is hidden to manufacture a perfect day.

03

Needs Place

Honesty when the day is genuinely full.

Sakinah explains why a prayer needs attention, finds the closest safe opening, and waits for you to confirm it. Viewing suggestions never writes to the calendar.

Real events always win.Sakinah never moves or overwrites them.

Privacy & control

We plan time, not meeting content.

Sakinah needs to know whether time is free or busy—not who you met, what you discussed, or where you went.

  • Ordinary meeting content is not persisted for planning.
  • Provider credentials stay behind a server-only boundary.
  • Disconnect calendars, remove tagged events, or delete your account.

Questions, answered

The details that matter.

Does Sakinah move my meetings?+

No. Real calendar events always outrank generated prayer blocks. Sakinah moves only the tagged blocks it created, and only inside the legal prayer window.

Which calendars will it support?+

Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook are supported on iOS and Android. Apple Calendar is available on iOS. Multiple accounts can contribute availability while one calendar receives prayer blocks.

Can Sakinah see my meeting titles?+

Sakinah uses free/busy information where possible and does not persist ordinary event titles or descriptions for planning.

What happens when no opening exists?+

Sakinah says so honestly. It can suggest the closest valid opening by relaxing preferred timing or reducing protected time to a safe minimum, but it never writes a change without confirmation.

How are prayer times calculated?+

You choose your location or enter a city, calculation method, madhab, timing preference, and a buffer for each prayer.

What will Sakinah cost?+

Planned launch pricing is £4.99 monthly or £38.99 yearly with a seven-day trial. Final local price and trial eligibility are always shown by the store before purchase.
